WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

No worries, we've shipped our products to 150,000+ customers worldwide. We have fulfillment centers in the US and internationally to ensure fast delivery times. Your order will either be shipped from our headquarters in Chicago or our manufacturer overseas. Shipping from the manufacturer takes 7-14 days.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, you'll get an email with all your shipping details, including a tracking number and updates. You'll receive this email after your order is fulfilled and sent to the email you provided at checkout. You can also track your order here.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, but only before a shipping label or tracking number is created. To cancel, send an email to support@uverseshop.com with the subject line "CANCEL Order #123456" (replace 123456 with your order number). Include your reason for canceling in the email.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, NOW WHAT?

Just reply to your order confirmation email with the correct address. We can change the address before your order is fulfilled.
